This is built for Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns working toward licensure, whether you're seeing clients at an agency, in private practice, or anywhere else. You don't need to work for Minette's practice to join. This is an independent clinical supervision relationship, built around your caseload, not hers.

What Supervision Looks Like With Minette
Minette is a Florida Board-approved Qualified Supervisor with over a decade of clinical experience, a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, and a Clinical Liaison Health Guide.
Supervision covers case consultation, clinical conceptualization and treatment planning, documentation, ethics, and the boundary calls that come up in real practice, grounded in a trauma-informed, evidence-based perspective. If you're interested, she'll also introduce you to the Minette Method, her own clinical framework.
Program Structure
Both individual and group supervision are available, with virtual supervision offered for interns who aren't local. Minette intentionally keeps her supervision caseload limited, so every clinician gets individualized feedback.
Rates and availability are discussed during an initial consultation. In your inquiry, share your current intern registration status, your anticipated start date, and what you're looking for in a supervisor.
